This site is intended to be an additional help function for customers on Pastel cover or customers without Pastel Cover.
We aim to build a database for customers with Pastel problems to find a handy tool when dealing with program & system errors.
As time goes on it will be populated with solutions to problems. All forum requests will be answered as soon as we can.
Please submit your queries in the appropriate category.
After you've registered and logged into the site with your username and password, you'll be able to see the support phone numbers and have access to the support forum. When not logged in, only the General Questions Forum is available to all for questions ons products etc.
